Almost walking 8 month olds!!!

 My sweet angel babies are
8 months!!
 Kai Kai is so strong!
He has 4 and half teeth...
loves to pull up and stand everywhere...
he would prefer to be standing at all times...
he loves to say "mama" - especially when he's tired and hungry...
he is also my one not picky baby when it comes to eating!
Yay! I wanted at least one kid that would eat anything!
He also is making the sweetest little squeals and giggles
when he looks at Cambria...
and LOVES laughing at Allikaye!

Cambria Jane...
she is so animated when she is excited and happy...
especially when you go get her from her crib...
and when she gets sips of water from my cup!
She is such a talker!
Says"All Done!" and "Dada"
and lots of other secrets of the world...
She also does a pretty good sign for 'all done' and for 'milk'...
Although she is a more picky eater than brother,
she is a champion at feeding herself...
She loves to make Kai laugh,
and seems to know just the look to give him to make him laugh.
She is amazingly sweet!

Lately, when I walk into Kai's room I see this...
he will go from screaming and crying for me to come in...
to instantly smiling!

Cam is also pulling herself up all over the joint too!

We had fun helping decorate the tree...

Have to include pictures of the first
messy spaghetti!
Kai doesn't have time to smile for the camera
when it is eating time!

Allikaye is the best big sister!
The best!
Here she is reading to Cam...
sidenote -
Allikaye is becoming an amazing reader!
And an amazing writer!

Allikaye also played some basketball!!
She was the only girl!!!
And she loved it!
She has the skillz like her daddy!!
 Look at this shot!!
It is the money makin shot...
just like her dad's!!
Woohoo!

We went to the annual Starlighting in downtown Castle Rock...
here are some pictures from the fun night
(thanks to my friend Jess  for using her awesome camera lens)!!

The babies...
love their eyes!
  Sweet Cambria...
 Allikaye and her friends...

She loves her friends...

One more of my little man...
And one more of happy baby time...

We have had lots of fun
with these 8 month olds!!!

A football player and his football...and an indian!

Babies first Halloween!
They look a little shocked...
but sure are cute!

Very hand made costumes...
but they worked!
I just hope Cambria is ok with
being a football for her first halloween!

Seven seven months!

Oh the sweet precious angel babies are 7 months old!
Time is flying by!
A lot seems to have taken place this month!

The scooting from 6 months has turned
into full on power scooting...
I mean fast f.a.s.t babies!
They will get up on all 4's and rock -
but when they want to get somewhere
they do this incredibly fast and efficient
army crawl.

They are everywhere!
I have pulled out all the baby gates we have
to try and reign them in...
Kai is working on pulling them down though!

 Here is Cambria Jane's update:
 Kai Matthew:
They were so happy and funny during their
little 7 month chair picture...
here are some outtakes...
Here is the winner winner...
so amazingly sweet!!!!
Eeeeeee!
 Oh, okay, here's another...
I can't resist the cuteness...

Fall break for Allikaye was here
so we had fun having sister home with us!

We did some leaf jumpin...

And leaf eatin...

Miss Allikaye showed the babies how it is done...
they just stare at her always...
she is soooo cool!

And then Tre decided to play too...

There was lots of time to play play play...
so thankful Miss AK loves her babies!

Some hamper rides...
in pajamas, of course...
it IS fall break...

We also wrapped up the beginning of an era...
Allikaye following in her mama's footsteps
and playing volleyball!!
Woohooo!
She's going to test out following in daddy's steps too...
basketball starts soon!!

Here is her "ready position"...

And her "serving position"...

And her "modeling position"...
hehe!

Happy happy fall!!

5 months AND 6 months AND Kindergarten!!!

2 months in one!
Lucky day!

Here are the babies at 5 months!
Cambria Jane...
the sweetest of all...
Kai Matthew...
active precious boy...

Here are the 6 month old babies!!

Kai is always on the move!
growing growing growing!
He would roll around the whole house if I let him!
Usually my snuggler...
he is now wanting to be moving slightly more than snuggle with his mama...
but I get it when he is tired and hungry!
Cambria is becoming the smiley one now!
She would just love to stare at me all day long...
and smiles at every eye contact.
She is pretty aggressive and wants Kai's toys..
and gets Kai's toys!
She likes to roll too -
but we are predicting her to crawl first!
We will see!

Our house is filled with baby screeches...
lots of squeals and laughs...
and talkative babies!

I love it...every bit!

My best little Miss Allikaye
started Kindergarten!!
*sniff sniff*
This is Mrs. Whalen and the big girl!
 Waiting to go inside...
chatting with her new friends!
I was so nervous for her -
but she was pretty cool!
 Oh my goodness!
Here is her table!!!
Ahhhhh!!!!
Parents were able to come in and listen to
"The Kissing Hand"
*sniff sniff again*
 There's my sunshine girl!!!!!!
Here she is coming to give us the final goodbye!

She is LOVING Kindergarten!
And I am amazed at how fast she is learning!
I am going to run out of room on our walls
for all the writing and drawings she is bringing home!
I am SO proud of her!

I must admit that I am missing her a lot though -
twins are a bit easier when I have an extra pair of hands around!
Even if they are 5 year old hands!

So blessed.
So so blessed.

xoxo
