I do not like eels! They give me creeps...chills...dry heaves... does it stem from Ursula? See it behind AK? Yech! Since we do not use the word "hate" I strongly dislike those creatures! If AlliKaye has candy... like clockwork she will wake up in the night... somewhere between 2-3 am. Seriously! I heard her last night (morning) screaming... and the first thing I thought was, "darn you, twizzlers!" I love this cleaner from Target... makes my house smell so good... like a yummy candle... I like the cucumber... We introduced AlliKaye to the joy of swimming while it was raining out side... no lightning... actually hot tubbin... made a really fun memory.
My mom got me hooked on the store bought angel food cakes... and I put berries on it... then... wait for it... flavored creamer! mmm... especially the Italian Sweet Creme... Allikaye has her professional pictures tonight! Audrey Hannah Photo has taken them every year since she was 1... so this will be the 3rd year... I'm good at math. I call her the "Official-Allikaye-Photographer" She is SOSOSO stinking good at making such beautiful pictures of my girl... so I am pumped for that!
One more thing... we are moving on Saturday! Ah! We have been in a townhome and we are moving to a house...a yard...no neighbors attached to us!! And we are moving r.i.g.h.t next door to some of our great friends! It will be a summer to remember!!
The final recital... of Allikaye's first year of dancing... has come and gone!
She has loved dance this year more than I expected! I love the Dance Academy she is in... they take it serious... but still make it fun - so that she has really grown as a dancer and has loved it all the while!
The Christmas recital was tap dancing... this one was ballet. They danced to "Under the Sea" and came out hiding in treasure chests... then bubbles came out when they did. So cute!
Are you serious? She is amazing to me!
Here's daddy and Miss Mermaid Dancer... before the big show!
We don't have video quite yet - but here is proof that she rocked it! Look at that proud smile!
She did all her moves... her spins, shakes, rolls, all of it. It was remarkable... the cuteness was almost too much! Here she is with flowers from her fans... grandma and popa!
She was pretty worn out after all that dancing excitement!
But we still headed to her choice...
Then we took our most special girl to Baskin Robbins for some ice cream!
What a special day!
We are so proud of our tiny dancer! I am so thankful for her! *sigh*
I am a mama to Alexandra Kaye (Allikaye) and brand new twin babies, Kai and Cambria! I am also the wife to my amazing hubby! We met at Colorado Christian University...he played basketball...I played volleyball...and our seasons crossed! Romantic I know! We have been married for 9 years and counting! We were blessed with our angel, Allikaye, on January 10, 2007. And the twins were born February 27, 2012. I have been a mama now for over 5 years now! And I LOVE it! My main goal as a mama, wife and woman is to live everyday for Jesus! My daily prayer is to give Him control and not try to do things on my own...whew...amen to that!
