Keeping Entertained....

What do you do to stay entertained?
Besides Annie and Mary Poppins...
we can add An American Tale, with Fievel,
and Charlotte's Web to the list...

Swimming!!
Allikaye loved it so much!
She has talked about it everyday since...
"When I wake up? Go swimming?"
In fact, she loved swimming so much that she threw a tantrum...
photo evidence...
when I told her she should probably just wear one swimsuit over her pajamas...
sorry!

We also decided to do some painting...
with sponges and q-tips and paper plates and construction paper.
Notice the bowl of pretzels and juice...
the artist demanded it...
Here are two of our finished products...
she wanted a bunny cut out...
and a "Little Foot"...
yeah, we watch Land Before Time too.

So that's been our entertainment lately!
Oh...I almost forgot...
we are also working on smiling for the camera...
we still need to work on making it a bit more natural...

I have always thought you were super creative...there was hardly any TV when we visited!! Kirsten is in the cheesy grin stage too, it drives Jared nuts when he tries to take pictures of her! We love you!!!

One of the prettiest blogs I have seen....Love it.....

Hope you will stop by my blog. I am a new blogger. This is my second month in the world of BLOG. I am great give away this month. This drawing will be the last day of April.
Every comment you leave throughout the month will enter your name in the drawing. This NEW blogger was so touched by all the comments I got on the Blog Party Give Away,(over 300) that I decided to make this a monthly GIFT...
Also, if you mention blog telling about the monthly giveaway, you will have your name entered 10 extra times...Just be sure and let me know that you did. How is that for an incentive?
I was so blown away by all the responses that I wanted to email each person personally... I did love reading all of them..I am continuing to introduce my family members. In May, there will be some fun blogs coming from Disney World with the grandkids. I hope to blog every night, in case you like a good trip report. And there will also be a great Disney giveaway.
I am so thankful for all my new friends.

I've been MIA and your blog is so beautiful. As is Allikaye. She's growing so quick.

As much as I'm for doing fun stuff with my kids I think I would die if I didn't have Disney to hand to lull them into a trance from time to time.

I love the bathing suit over the p.j.'s. That's all the rage with little girls. My 3 yr. old does that all the time.
Have a blessed Easter!

Oh. She is SO cute it kills me!!! I love the painting idea! I have never done anything like that - you are super creative. :) And, um, we've all had those days when there's just nothing like a good movie! Or two or three...

HI!! This was such a fun post to read! I love that Allikaye wears a swimsuit over her pjs...she is so rad! I wish Sophia would watch a movie, that would be heaven..i am all about movies and tv but somehow by some crazy and weird DNA mishap Sophia has no interest..zero. I don't know where I went wrong, lol.

Good job on all the crafts and the fun swimming outings. You go momma!!
